These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlackJack AI mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Alessia Associates ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App is rated 17+ and contains simulated gambling content. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through the App.

2. Description of the App

BlackJack AI is an educational and entertainment application that teaches blackjack basic strategy. The App provides coaching, strategy guidance, and simulated gameplay. The App does not facilitate real-money gambling. All gameplay within the App uses virtual currency or points with no real-world monetary value.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

4.1 Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan you select). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

4.3 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.4 In-App Purchases

The App may also offer one-time in-app purchases for additional features or content. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

4.5 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged at the applicable subscription rate.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are the exclusive property of Alessia Associates or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App simulates blackjack gameplay for educational and entertainment purposes only. No real money, real currency, or prizes of any kind can be won or lost. Virtual chips, coins, or points in the App hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods. The App is not a gambling service and should not be used as a substitute for or in connection with real-money gambling.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alessia Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alessia Associates and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
